  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating office activities.
  • Support HR and management in recruitment, training, and staff coordination.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin preferred.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
